IP address retention: If access logs are enabled by the hosting provider, visitor IP addresses are anonymized after 24 hours and fully deleted after 3 months at the latest.
Email retention: Emails are retained depending on subject matter under GoBD rules for 6 years, or for 10 years where accounting relevance applies.
